Conference facilities of Mercure Hotel and Congress complex include both the conference halls of Mercure Kyiv Congress Hotel and a separate, largest in the capital, Mercure Congress Centre, with a total area of 5000 m2. Spielberg Hall , 1000 square meters
One of the largest conference halls of the congress centre with a maximum capacity of up to 1000 people. Spielberg is divided by mobile sound proof partitions into 3 separate halls: Spielberg 1, Spielberg 2, Spielberg 3, with an area of up to 430 sq m and a capacity of up to 350 people.
Fellini Banquet Hall, 350 square meters
Capacity up to 250 people depending on the seating arrangements. A light-filled room with panoramic windows. It is ideal for cocktail-format celebrations for up to 350 participants and up to 120 in a banquet format. Any seating arrangement leaves plenty of room for the stage and activities.
Hitchcock Banquet Hall, 400 square meters
On the 4th floor of the Mercure Congress Centre there is Hitchcock – a spacious hall with panoramic views and modern equipment. The hall’s area is 400 m2, which allows hosting of various events: conferences, banquets, corporate parties, presentations. There is a place for a stage and stage equipment, and it is possible to blackout the windows with curtains to make presentations projected on a large screen comfortable for the eyes.
Dovzhenko Conference Hall, 1200 square meters
Dovzhenko Hall is the pride of the congress centre. It is possible to divide the hall into 5 sections using mobile soundproof partitions. It is in Dovzhenko Hall that the most interesting speakers and the most important events of the capital take place. Dovzhenko can accommodate up to 600 people in traditional banquet format. The hall is equipped with all the necessary equipment for a successful event.
Conference rooms of the Mercure Kyiv Congress hotel
Following the renovation, Mercure Kyiv Congress Hotel has unveiled new conference spaces on the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors. Each venue spans 40 m² and is perfectly suited for meetings, seminars, and training sessions, accommodating 10 to 26 attendees.
Scorseze Meeting room, 75 square meters
It has the largest area at the Mercure hotel and can accommodate up to 60 people. This room is designed for business seminars and summits, as it is equipped with all the necessary conference equipment, free Wi-Fi, and has a blackout function to make viewing materials on the projection screen as comfortable as possible. The room is divided into two zones, which makes it possible to hold coffee breaks in the same room.
Small Meeting Room, 16 square meters
It is convenient for both business negotiations and a private dinner with a small circle of friends or partners, as it can accommodate up to 8 people. Like both conference rooms, the room is equipped with all the necessary equipment and free Wi-Fi.
